Refund Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: JANUARY 1, 2025 // DOCUMENT VERSION 1.0
1. General Policy

ONLYMOTO provides consulting, online service solutions, operational guidance, marketplace support, e-commerce advisory services, inventory organization support, customer service workflow consulting, and related business services. Because these services are custom, time-based, expertise-based, and non-tangible, refunds are limited once work has begun.

By purchasing, approving, or paying for any service from ONLYMOTO, you acknowledge that our services involve professional time, analysis, planning, communication, review, preparation, and customized work specific to your business. Fees are therefore not automatically refundable after the service process has started.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances. A refund may be available if:

  • You paid for a service but requested cancellation before any work, research, preparation, planning, review, or communication began.
  • ONLYMOTO is unable to provide the agreed service and no reasonable alternative service, revised scope, or rescheduling option is available.
  • You were charged in error or a duplicate payment was processed by mistake.
  • A written service agreement or invoice specifically provides a different refund arrangement.

Refund approval is not automatic. Each request is reviewed based on the service status, project scope, time already spent, materials prepared, communications completed, and any applicable written agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, the following are non-refundable:

  • Completed consulting sessions, strategy calls, advisory meetings, reviews, or business analysis sessions.
  • Work that has already started, including research, planning, documentation, marketplace review, catalog review, workflow mapping, customer service process analysis, or operational assessment.
  • Custom recommendations, reports, service documents, project plans, process maps, listing structures, communication scripts, or other deliverables already prepared or delivered.
  • Fees paid for urgent, priority, expedited, or reserved service time.
  • Administrative fees, third-party fees, payment processor fees, or costs paid to external vendors.
  • Services delayed because the client did not provide required information, files, access, feedback, approvals, or communication in a timely manner.
4. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel a service before work begins, you must contact us as soon as possible. If no work has started and no service time has been reserved, we may approve a full or partial refund at our discretion.

If work has already begun, if internal preparation has started, or if service time has been reserved for your project, cancellation may result in a partial refund only. The partial refund amount, if any, will be determined based on the value of work already performed and any non-recoverable costs.

5. Deposits and Advance Payments

Some services may require a deposit, retainer, or advance payment before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are used to reserve service capacity, begin planning, review client information, and allocate professional time to the engagement.

Deposits and retainers may be non-refundable once the project has been accepted, scheduled, or started. If a project is cancelled before any work begins, ONLYMOTO may review the deposit and determine whether a partial refund or service credit is appropriate.

6. Service Credits

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, ONLYMOTO may offer a service credit. A service credit may be applied toward a future consulting session, revised service scope, documentation update, workflow review, marketplace listing review, or another eligible service offered by ONLYMOTO.

Service credits are issued at our discretion and may be subject to expiration dates, service availability, and written conditions. Service credits have no cash value unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Revision and Correction Requests

If you believe a delivered service or document does not match the agreed scope, you must notify us in writing within seven calendar days after delivery. We may review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable correction, clarification, or revision.

Revision requests must relate to the original agreed scope. Requests for new strategy, additional research, expanded documentation, different business goals, new platforms, additional product categories, or extra deliverables may require a new fee.

8. No Guaranteed Business Results

ONLYMOTO provides consulting and online service solutions based on professional judgment, available information, and the agreed scope of work. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, marketplace approvals, platform performance, search ranking improvements, customer conversion rates, sales volume, or operational results.

Refunds are not provided because a client did not achieve a desired business result, sales result, marketplace result, or operational outcome, provided that ONLYMOTO delivered the agreed service in good faith and within the defined scope.

9. Client Responsibilities

To complete services properly, clients may be required to provide accurate information, timely feedback, files, business details, platform information, product data, operational context, approvals, and other requested materials.

Delays or issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, late, or missing client information do not automatically qualify for a refund. If a project is delayed because the client does not respond or does not provide required materials, ONLYMOTO may pause the engagement. Fees for work already completed, time reserved, or preparation performed remain non-refundable.

10. Duplicate Charges and Payment Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or charged for a service you did not authorize, please contact us promptly with payment details. We will review the issue and, if an error is confirmed, issue a refund or correction through the original payment method when possible.

Processing times for approved refunds may depend on the payment provider, banking institution, card network, or platform used to complete the payment.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks for valid services may result in suspension of active services, cancellation of future work, collection efforts, or restriction from future engagements.

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor with relevant documentation, including invoices, service records, correspondence, project notes, deliverables, and proof of service activity.

12. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us in writing and include the following information:

  • Your full name and business name.
  • The email address used for the purchase or service request.
  • The invoice number, payment confirmation, or date of payment.
  • The service purchased.
  • A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting documentation that helps us review the request.

We will review the request based on the service status, scope, work completed, time spent, and any applicable written agreement.

13. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless another method is required or agreed in writing. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Any payment processing fees, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or third-party charges may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law and payment processor rules.

14. Changes to This Policy

ONLYMOTO may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment practices, legal obligations, or business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of our website or services after an updated Refund Policy is posted means that you acknowledge and accept the revised Policy.
